Didactic Mind, Ep 12: The Stupidity Tax

In this podcast I talk about the nature of the Dirt World's "stupidity tax", and the ways in which the sheer levels of incompetence, venality, greed, stupidity and backwardness, wear down and destroy initiative and productivity and intelligence, and the ways in which that stupidity manifest themselves in low-average-IQ populations in general to create a vicious circle that is probably impossible to break out of.
